Preheat oven to 400°. Combine Crust Mix, water and 2 Tbsp. olive oil; cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature 10 minutes. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan with oil. Lightly oil hands to prevent sticking, and press dough into pan. Bake 10 minutes; remove from oven. Mash black beans in a small bowl; stir in red onion, yellow pepper and chili powder. Spread over crust. Combine Sauce Mix, tomato sauce, 1 Tbsp. olive oil and jalapeno in a separate bowl; gently drizzle over black bean layer. Top with spinach, cilantro and cheeses. Bake an additional 15-18 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
