Low Carb Garden Spanish Cauliflower 'Rice' Recipe

- 1 head Raw Cauliflower
Pulse chunks of raw Cauliflower into rice sized pieces in a food processor or use a cheese grater to get the right size. Drizzle Avocado oil in a hot saute pan and throw the raw cauliflower in. Stir and let some of the moisture from the cauliflower cook out (about 3-6 minutes). Stir in about 3-5 Tablespoons of the Garden Guacamole Starter to the cauliflower and cook for another minute or two. Best served warm. Optional: add any favorite chopped veggies of choice.
