Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl. Line muffin tins with paper liners; fill half-full with brownie batter. In a separate bowl, combine coconut, sweetened condensed milk and egg white; spoon into muffin tins, gently spreading over brownie layer. Bake 18-22 minutes. Cool in pan about 5 minutes; transfer to cooling racks. While still slightly warm, lightly press 2-3 candy eggs into the center of each nest. Makes 14-16 nests.
