- In medium skillet over medium-high heat, combine turkey, peppers and stic Herb Seasoning. Cook and crumble 3-4 minutes. Stir in mushrooms; continue cooking 2-3 minutes. Stir in kale; remove from heat. Let cool completely.
- In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, Onion Onion Seasoning and Seasoned Salt. Lightly spray 3 large-mouth half-pint mason jars or 1-cup microwave-safe storage containers with olive oil spray. Divide turkey and egg mixtures among jars.
- Cover and seal well. Refrigerate up to 1 day or freeze up to 3 months. Thaw completely before cooking.
- To serve, remove cover, place on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on HIGH 1 minute; stirring halfway. Stir again; microwave 15-30 seconds or until eggs are desired doneness.
