  1. In a 3-quart or larger slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
  2. Cook on LOW 8-10 hours or HIGH 6-8 hours.
  3. Shred; let cool. Divide into 1-quart freezer bags according to desired number of servings (½ cup per serving), seal well, label and freeze.

Makes about 6 (½ cup) servings.

Electric Pressure Cooker Directions: Prepare step 1 in 6-quart or larger electric pressure cooker. Cook 75 minutes on pressure cooker setting. Let stand 10 minutes before releasing pressure. Continue with step 3.
