Start water for boiling pasta. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add chicken. Brown chicken evenly on all sides; add next 3 ingredients. Sauté 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in tomatoes; simmer for 5-10 minutes. While sauce simmers, prepare egg noodles as directed on package. Stir sour cream into sauce; heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide noodles among serving bowls; spoon sauce over top. Makes 6 servings.
