In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, sweetener, garlic, and lemon zest. Gradually whisk in the oil while drizzling in a fine stream. Add the broccoli slaw, dried cranberries, and scallions and pecans. Toss to coat evenly with the dressing. Chill for at least 15 minutes but longer is better.
Let it sit and the lemony flavors come out to play so nicely.
