Preheat oven to 450°. Combine first 3 ingredients; stir to blend. Place fish in a greased baking dish; pour pesto mixture over fish. Roast for 7-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Season with salt to taste, and garnish with fresh lemon slices. Serves 6. Suggested Sides: Steamed vegetable sprinkled with Mama Mia™ Marinara Sauce Mix.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great flavor! Easy and quick prep, great flavor! I skipped mixing ingredients ahead but seasoned fish directly with the Roasted Garlic Infused Oil and Dried Tomato and Garlic Pesto before baking.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mediterranean Fish was okay. Not great This one fell short of my favorite ... felt like the olive oil and so forth robbed the fish of any flavor. Overpowering. Not my favorite. Might be for someone else though!
