Cook quinoa according to package directions and cool completely.
Mix Avocado Oil, Marinade Mix and SS together. Add to quinoa.
Add chopped cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives and feta cheese.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from *Ingredient Amounts Correction* I submitted this recipe and for some reason, the amounts for the ingredients are showing up incorrectly. I have contacted TS to correct but thought I would post the correction in the meanwhile. The amounts of Avocado Oil and Green Herb Marinade are each 1T. The correct amount of Seasoned Salt should be "To Taste". The correct amount of the veggies are as you would prefer. I usually do 1c. cucumber, 1/2 c tomato, 1/2 c black olives and 1/4 c feta cheese. Sorry for the misrepresentation. This really is super yummy if it is prepared in correct amounts of course.
