Mini Autumn Apple Pumpkins Recipe

  • 1 packet Autumn Apple Pumpkin Cheese Ball Mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese
  • 12 buttery spindle pretzels, broken in half
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  1. Combine first 2 ingredients; chill 2 hours.
  2. Roll into 1½-2-inch balls.
  3. Place a parsley leaf on the top of each “pumpkin” and insert a pretzel spindle as the “stem” on top. Repeat for each mini pumpkin. If desired, use a toothpick to draw lines down the sides of each cheese ball.
  4. Cover and chill until served. Makes about 12 servings.
