Mini Cheese Ball Pumpkins Recipe

  • Pumpkin Spice Cheese Ball Mix
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4-5 pretzel sticks, broken in half
  • Fresh parsley sprigs, for garnish

Combine first two ingredients; place in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator. Use a melon baller or spoons to create small "pumpkins," about 1-2 tablespoons each. Press a pretzel "stem" into each pumpkin. Add a parsley leaf to the stem for garnish (optional). Serve immediately. Makes 8-10 mini pumpkins.
