Mix pretzel dough as directed with warm water and yeast. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Divide dough into 12 balls. Placed balls in a greased 8 x 8 baking dish or a similar size baking dish.
Preheat oven to 350°. In a saucepan, melt butter. Add brown sugar and stir until combined; add corn syrup. Sprinkle package of butterscotch pudding over pretzel rolls, then cinnamon. Pour brown sugar mixture over all. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Let cool for about 10 minutes. Invert pan and serve rolls warm.
