Monterey Chorizo Queso Recipe

  • ½ pound ground chorizo sausage
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Queso
  • Diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños and/or chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Tortilla chips

  1. In a small skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble chorizo and Garlic Pepper Seasoning until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Drain off grease.
  2. Add Monterey Jack Queso; heat until warmed through. Garnish with tomatoes, jalapeños and/or fresh cilantro. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
