Oh My! Chai, Spiced Pumpkin Seeds Recipe

Easy to prepare, spiced pumpkin seeds! Great for snacking, or for topping favorites like yogurt or even ice cream!

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup Oh My Chai Drink Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups plain pumpkin seeds or preferred nut

Mix the sugar and water together. Microwave in 1-minute increments for 3 minutes.
Stir every minute. Mix in the Oh My Chai mix and blend well. Mix in the seeds, coat well.
Heat your oven to 325. Spread out the mix on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from the oven at 30 minutes. Once the mixture is cooled, break it up and store in a container.
