Combine first 2 ingredients; stir to blend. Add 1 cup (4 oz.) mozzarella cheese, artichokes and olives. Press mixture into an oven-safe dish; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly. Serve warm with crusty bread or pita chips.
