One-Skillet Mama Mia Lasagna

My 6yo daughter helped me make it. We swapped out the beef for turkey and served it with a side salad. No complaints from the kids. Hubby was happy. Winner!

My kids and guests LOVE when I make this meal! It's a go-to that we have at least 2-3 times a month.

My older kids are rather picky & don't eat red sauce, but they both helped me make this & they both had 2 helpings! And they're requesting it for dinner again!!

I was sold on this recipe the moment I realized it was a one-pot creation. After all, there's nothing I hate more than doing dishes after cooking a meal for my family. This recipe was just as easy as everyone else has pointed out AND I had all of the ingredients on hand which was even better. No need to run to the store for a huge list of items that cost an arm and a leg. We loved the flavor and it will definitely go into our dinner rotation. My newly picky three year old even devoured it- big score for this mama! Thanks for creating these delicious meal collections. They are a LIFE SAVER!

This was easy and quick to make. We love the idea of not having to spend hours in the kitchen. And very tasty as well!
