Open-Faced Reuben Appetizers Recipe
- 12 oz. can beer or club soda
- 1 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
- 14 oz. can sauerkraut, well drained
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare and bake Multi-Grain Beer Bread Mix according to package directions using beer or club soda. Cool completely.
Turn broiler on high. Cut bread into 16 slices; cut slices in half and place on a large baking sheet. Broil 2-3 minutes. Turn bread over and continue broiling 2-3 minutes longer.
Brush with Vidalia® Onion Dressing. Top with corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese. Place back under broiler for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with additional Vidalia® Onion Dressing, if desired. Makes 32 appetizers.
