Pan-Seared Cherry Zinfandel Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Season pork chops with Seasoned Pepper and Seasoned Salt; set aside.
  2. In large skillet, heat Avocado Oil over medium-high heat. Add seasoned pork chops. Sear on both sides until nicely browned, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Pour Cherry Zinfandel Sauce over chops. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until internal temperature of pork reaches 155°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 4-5 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.
