Make Peanut Butter Quinoa Bars as directed stirring in dried fruit after microwaving. Press mixture 1/3rd full into TS silicone bar pan or mini muffin tins. Let firm up. Remove from pans and top with fruit spread and fresh strawberries. Mini muffin liners might help them come out easier if you are using muffin tins.
