Peppery Spaghetti Squash Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Scrape out seeds from center of squash. Brush each cut half with Roasted Garlic Infused Oil and sprinkle with Seasoned Salt and Seasoned Pepper.
  2. Place, cut-side-up, in a shallow baking pan. Bake 45 minutes or until squash is easily pierced with a fork. Remove from oven; let cool slightly.
  3. Pull fork across spaghetti squash to create strands. Sprinkle with additional Seasoned Salt and Seasoned Pepper as desired.
Makes 6 servings.
