Preheat oven to 400°. Whisk first 6 ingredients in medium bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Unroll pie crusts on a floured surface; roll out slightly with a rolling pin. Cut into approximately 12 circles, 4-4½ inches each. Press circles into greased muffin cups. Add cheese and cauliflower to each muffin cup. Fill each cup 2/3 full with egg mixture, making sure to scoop up all of the morsels in the bowl. Bake 25 mintues. Cool in pan for 5 mintues. Makes 12 servings.
