Perfectly Potato Beer Cheese Soup Recipe

In a large saucepan, whisk Perfectly Potato Cheddar Soup Mix into water and beer; add Bacon Bacon. Simmer over low heat 30 minutes or until thick and potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1 1/4 cups cheese. Ladle into bowls; top each serving with cheese and Bacon Bacon for garnish, if desired. Makes 6 servings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent, full of flavor I'm not one for soups, but this one was delicious. Thick, creamy and full of flavor. I used Mexican cheese to add a kick to the flavor. My family loved it!! Served it with pretzel bread.
