Rated 5 out of 5 by Addiesmom83 from Great Hearty Soup I made this soup to sample at my open house. It is a real hearty, rich soup. The only thing I suggest is if you do not like the strong beer flavor cut it down to one can of beer and replenish with water. I do not mind the beer flavor, so I will use it as is.
