This is a leftover recipe for Pesto Chicken Stuffed Shells.
- Place pesto chicken filling in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute; stir. Spread filling on 2 slices of bread.
- Top with spinach, cheese and remaining bread. Spread outside of bread with butter on both sides of sandwich.
- Place sandwiches in a preheated panini press, panini pan or skillet. Cook to desired doneness, turning over halfway if in pan or skillet, pressing down as cooking, about 3-4 minutes.
