Preheat oven to 400°. Combine first 3 ingredients; microwave on high for 90 seconds. Cool pesto completely; toss with mozzarella
and feta cheeses. Place pie crust on a greased baking sheet; top with chicken and sprinkle with pesto mixture and olives, if desired.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Cut into wedges; serve hot. Makes 6 servings.
