Portobello Mushroom Burgers Recipe

Place the mushroom caps in a shallow dish; drizzle with Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil. Let stand for 15-20 minutes. Turn once or twice. Grill mushrooms over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes each side. Top with cheese during the last 2 minutes of grilling. Serve on buns; top with sliced tomatoes. Makes 4 servings.
