Serve it tonight: Whisk soup mix and water in a slow cooker; add kielbasa. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low 4 hours. Stir in frozen broccoli; cook additional 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
Serve it later: Combine soup mix, water and kielbasa in large resealable freezer bag. Freeze. Thaw completely. Cook as directed above.
