  • 9 ounces power greens blend
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled or cooked as desired, sliced
  • ⅓ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled


  1. Divide power greens among 4 dinner plates.
  2. Top with chicken, onions, cucumbers and bacon.
  3. Drizzle each salad with 2 tablespoons Vidalia Onion Dressing.

Makes 4 servings.
