Preheat oven to 350°. Combine bread mix and next 3 ingredients; stir to blend. Batter will be stiff and sticky. Form dough into two 4 x 7-inch rectangles on a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown (loaves will spread). Cool 15-20 minutes. Cut into ½-inch pieces; place cut side down on baking sheet. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Cool completely. Combine vanilla chips, powdered sugar and milk to form a glaze (add more milk by drops to reach desired consistency); drizzle over biscotti. Makes about 24 biscotti.
