Queso Breakfast Pizza Recipe

  • 1 (13.8 ounce) tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • ¾ cup Monterey Jack Queso
  • ½ pound ground pork breakfast sausage
  • 1 teaspoon Wahoo Chili Seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • Chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, optional

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Press pizza dough on to a greased 15x10-inch baking sheet. Spread Monterey Jack Queso over dough; set aside.
  2. In large skillet over medium-high heat cook and crumble sausage, Onion Onion Seasoning and Wahoo! Chili Seasoning until cooked through and no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes; drain.
  3. Top pizza with sausage and cheese. Bake 13-15 minutes or until crust is golden and crisp. Remove from oven and crack eggs onto pizza. Continue baking 5 minutes or until eggs are set and desired doneness.
  4. Garnish with onions and tomatoes, if desired; cut into squares and serve immediately.
