Quick Bok Choy & Peppers Recipe

  1. Wash and chop the bok choy, slice both the stems and the leaves crosswise into thin strips.
  2. In large skillet, heat Avocado Oil over medium-high heat. Add bok choy and remaining ingredients; stir to distribute seasonings.
  3. Cook, undisturbed, 2 minutes. Stir and continue cooking 2 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender and a little charred. Serve immediately.
