In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add Onion Onion and Garlic Garlic and allow to lightly brown, about 30-60 seconds. Add quinoa, chicken broth, Cumin and Seasoned Salt to saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 20-25 minutes. Add black beans and mix well. Serve warm or chilled.
You can also add chopped cilantro to this dish for a burst of fresh flavor!
