This is a leftover recipe for Raspberry Chipotle Burgers.
- In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions, peppers and Garlic Garlic Seasoning. Sauté until softened and slightly browned, about 4-5 minutes. Add chopped burgers; continue sautéing until heated through.
- Divide mixture between tortillas on one-half of each tortilla; top with cheese. Wipe out skillet and return to heat.
- Fold tortillas in half and place in hot skillet. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve with desired toppings.
Makes 2 servings.
