  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Combine all ingredients on baking sheet. Toss to coat. Spread to a single layer.
  3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until tender and golden browned.

Makes 4 servings.

Make Ahead: Combine all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, toss to coat and refrigerate up to overnight.
