Roasted Corn on the Cob Recipe
There’s nothing like corn on the cob = and there’s nothing like grilling the flavor in.
- 6 ears corn on the cob, husks and silks removed
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- Prepare grill to medium heat.
- Place corn directly on grill. Grill, turning occasionally, until nicely charred on all sides, about 6-8 minutes.
- Remove from grill, brush with butter and sprinkle with Seasoned Salt.
