Roasted Pepper & Sausage Breakfast Bake Recipe

  • ½ pound ground pork sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 (10-12 ounce) package frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar jack cheese
  • 10 large eggs, well beaten
  • 1 jar Roasted Pepper Egg Bake Starter

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In greased 13x9-inch baking pan layer sausage, broccoli and cheese.
  2. In large bowl combine eggs and Roasted Pepper Egg Bake Starter; pour over ingredients in baking pan.
  3. Bake 35-40 minutes or until eggs are set and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Makes 6-8 servings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great egg bake! I made this without broccoli due to dietary restrictions but it was a hit. This is a great size for a family breakfast with leftovers or I used it for a company brunch. It was compared to a southwestern omelet in flavor.
