  1. In a blender, combine red peppers, spreadable cheese wedges, 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Infused Oil, salt and ½ teaspoon Garlic Pepper Seasoning; blend until smooth.
  2. In large skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Infused Oil over medium-high heat. Add zoodles and remaining ½ teaspoon Garlic Pepper Seasoning; sauté 2-3 minutes with tongs. Add sauce and cook until heated through.
  3. Serve topped with fresh grated Parmesan and/or chopped parsley if desired.
