- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. In small microwave-safe dish, combine 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil, Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix and 2 tablespoons water. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds. Stir; cool slightly.
- Place salmon on one-half of baking sheet. Spread with cooled pesto. Add vegetables to other half of baking sheet. Drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil and sprinkle with Garlic Garlic Seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature of fish reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer and veggies are tender.
