- Combine all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag; salt and pepper as desired. Seal well and toss to coat. Refrigerate several hours or up to overnight.
- Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove turkey from marinade; discard bag with marinade. Place turkey on grill.
- Grill, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from grill and tent with aluminum foil. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice.
