Rustic Herb Beer Bread Recipe
Fast and easy describes this flavorful bread. Serve warm or at room temperature.
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer
- 3 tablespoons melted butter (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°. Add first three ingredients to a bowl; stir for 20-30 seconds. Do not over mix; batter will be lumpy. Spread batter into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Pour melted butter on top if desired. Bake 50-55 minutes until loaf is golden brown.
