Salsa Turkey Burritos Recipe

Burritos have never been as easy or delicious as when you have leftover Salsa Turkey Burgers.

  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½-1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce, optional
  • 1 cup refried black beans
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 leftover Salsa Turkey Burgers, cut in half (see directions for link to recipe)
  • 2 large burrito-style flour tortillas, warmed
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, sliced black olives, guacamole

  • Microwave


  1. In small bowl, combine sour cream and Sriracha; salt and pepper as desired. Set aside.
  2. In small, microwave-safe bowl, combine refried black beans, cheese and Simply Salsa Mix; stir to combine. Microwave on HIGH 1 minutes; stir. Microwave 30-60 seconds or until heated through.
  3. Place burger halves on microwave-safe plate. Microwave 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Spread tortillas with beans, top with burgers, sour cream and desired toppings. Fold in sides and roll up, burrito-style.
