Shortbread cookies, graham crackers and/or apple slices for dipping
In a small bowl, combine English Toffee Cheese Ball Mix packet 1 with softened cream cheese; chill 2 hours or until firm. Shape into a ball.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil; spread out coconut flakes in an even layer. Bake 10-12 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes, until coconut is golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes. Sprinkle with English Toffee Cheese Ball Mix packet 2.
Roll cheese ball in toasted coconut-toffee chip mixture. Drizzle with caramel sauce. In a small bowl, microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil on HIGH for 20 seconds, stirring and repeating as necessary, until melted. Drizzle over cheese ball. Serve with shortbread cookies, graham crackers and/or apple slices for dipping.
