ingredients

  • 2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1 packet Santa Fe Warm Dip Mix , divided
  • 2 (10.75 oz.) cans condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 4 oz. can diced green chilies (optional)
  • 10.25 oz. pkg. corn chips
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 375°. Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain. Add 1 Tbsp. dip mix; stir in soup and chilies, if desired. Layer meat mixture and corn chips in an ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish. In a small bowl, combine remaining dip mix with water; drizzle over chips. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 10-13 minutes or until heated through. Makes 6 servings.
