Preheat oven to 375°. Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain. Add 1 Tbsp. dip mix; stir in soup and chilies, if desired. Layer meat mixture and corn chips in an ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish. In a small bowl, combine remaining dip mix with water; drizzle over chips. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 10-13 minutes or until heated through. Makes 6 servings.
