  1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté bacon until crispy. Remove to clean paper towels; set aside.
  2. Add sprouts, shallots and Ultimate Steak Seasoning to pan with bacon drippings. Sauté 5-6 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in bacon pieces and Parmesan cheese.
