Using a small, sharp knife, cut out the strawberry cores. If necessary, slice a little off the bottom of the berries so they sit upright.
In a small bowl combine cream cheese, marshmallow creme and Chipotle Seasoning; mix well. Place cream cheese mixture in a resealable bag. Squeeze air out of bag, seal and cut off one of the corners. Pipe mixture into strawberries. Top each with a blueberry. Makes 12 servings.
