  1. In large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients; mix until well combined. Butterfly shrimp by cutting a slit down the back from tail to head, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  2. Place a baking rack on a foil-lined, large rimmed baking sheet. Fill shrimp with dip mix and fold up. Wrap with half a slice of bacon.
  3. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place shrimp on baking rack seam-side-down. Bake 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Brush half on shrimp. Bake 5 minutes. Turn shrimp over, brush with remaining sauce and bake 5 minutes or until bacon is desired crispness.

Makes 12 servings.

Make ahead: Prepare through step 2; place in an airtight container. Combine step 4 ingredients in an airtight container. Refrigerate up to 1 day ahead. Continue with step 3.
