Prepare Bountiful Beer Bread as directed, using beer and butter. Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes in 5X9 pan. Cool and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Grease a 9X13 glass pan. Combine bread, potatoes, ham, and 1 cup of cheese in the pan. Set aside. In medium bowl, wisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over bread mixture. Top off with 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes. Allow to set-up a few minutes before serving. Makes 12-15 servings.
