Scrambled Eggs with Veggies Recipe
A variety of veggies and eggs make this a great start to your day.
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- ½ cup chopped onions
- ½ cup chopped green peppers
- 8 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- ½ cup chopped fresh tomato
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add next 3 ingredients; saute until vegetables are crisp-tender. In medium bowl beat eggs and milk; stir into the vegetable mixture. Add tomatoes and sea salt blend. Cook until eggs are almost done, stir in cheese. Serve immediately.
