  1. In medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients except oil.
  2. While whisking vigorously, slowly stream Avocado Oil into bowl, creating an emulsion.
  3. Serve immediately over salad.
Makes 7 (2 tablespoon) servings.

Note: Leftover dressing can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks.
