  1. Prepare grill to medium heat or preheat skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush both sides of chicken breasts with Avocado Oil and sprinkled with Seasoned Pepper and Seasoned Salt, if desired.
  3. Place chicken on grill or in skillet. Cook, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10-12 minutes.
Alternative Bake Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place seasoned chicken on large baking sheet. Bake 13-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer.
