Alternative Bake Directions
- Prepare grill to medium heat or preheat skillet over medium heat.
- Brush both sides of chicken breasts with Avocado Oil and sprinkled with Seasoned Pepper and Seasoned Salt, if desired.
- Place chicken on grill or in skillet. Cook, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10-12 minutes.
: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place seasoned chicken on large baking sheet. Bake 13-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer.
